To create a campaign, simply log in to your account, navigate to the "Create" section from the bottom menu, and fill out the campaign details including title, description, funding goal, and category.
Browse campaigns in the "Campaigns" section, select one that interests you, and click "View Campaign". On the campaign page, enter the amount you wish to contribute and click the "Contribute" button.
Tandizo charges a small platform fee of 5% on all contributions to help us maintain and improve our service.
You can view all your contributions in your Dashboard under the "Campaigns Supported" tab. This shows all campaigns you've contributed to and your contribution amounts.
Yes, you can edit campaign details anytime before the campaign is completed. Visit your Dashboard, select your campaign, and click "Edit". Campaigns can be cancelled if no one has contributed yet.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods including PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and payment information. Your data is never shared with third parties.
If you find a campaign that violates our community guidelines, click the "Report" button on the campaign page and provide details about the issue. Our team will review it promptly.
